工学结合模式与就业指导探索

On the Mode of Working-integrated Learning and Exploration of Employment Guidance

高职院校采取工学结合人才培养模式,既提高学生就业能力,又培养适应当前我国现代化建设所需要人才。这无论对于学校、学生本人还是对于企业来说都具有十分积极的意义。工学结合在为高职院校的就业情况提供良好的机遇的同时也带来新的挑战。高职院校必须依据工学结合的内在要求,不断变革内容和方法,才能更好地开展就业指导工作,并取得好成果。

Higher vocational colleges take the talent training mode of working-integrated Learning, which can improve the students＇ employment ability and train talents meeting the needs of modernization conslruction of China. It has a vel3, positive significance to the school, the students or to the enterprise. The mode provides good opportunities and also brings new challenges to the employment of higher vocational colleges. Based on the internal requirements of the mode, we must change tile content and method continuously in order to carry oat employment guidance better and achieve good results.
