Private colleges and universities have been an important part of higher education in our country, and they have also revealed all kinds of problems. The research of a social supervising mechanism has significant meaning on guaranteeing the educational quality of private colleges and universities. The paper puts forward a 360° social supervising model on private eoUeges and universities, and probes deep into the precondition and some important requirements of the realization of this model as well as ways of involving in supervising.
