在互联网时代,通过网络获取信息已经成为人们获取信息的主要手段,档案是信息资源的主要组成部分,近年来,网络环境下档案资源的开发利用已经取得了巨大的发展,相关的档案机构大多建立了档案资源的网络平台。在取得巨大进步同时,也存在着一些问题。文章阐述了互联网时代档案资源开发利用的制约因素,并结合我国的具体情况,提出相关的对策建议。

In the Intemet era, Acquiring information by network has become the principal means of gaining information, the file is a main component of the Information Resources. In recent years, the development and utilization of archival resources in the network environment has been made in a huge development, most of the archival resources institutions has established platform of the network. while making great progress, there are some problems.The paper will describe constraints of development and utilization of the archival in Intemet situation, combine with our specific situation, and make relevant suggestions.
