以廉价的无机盐为原料 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶 (Sol-Gel)法制备了TiO_2 -SnO_2 纳米粉 ,并采用DTA、XRD、TEM技术对粉体进行了表征 .实验结果表明 :用该法制得的TiO_2 -SnO_2 超细粉体粒径在 5～ 7nm左右

TiO 2-SnO 2 Nanocrystalline Powder was prepared by a Sol-Gel method from cheap inorganic salts and its characteristics were investigated by DTA、XRD and TEM and results show it exhibits small crystallite sizes of 5～ 7 nm.
