摘要 在全面提倡素质教育和个性全面发展的今天,传统"教书匠"型教师已无法满足新时期教育的需要。重温陶行知先生"教学做合一"的教育理论,了解其丰富内涵和实践意义,对我国现阶段教师工作的发展有着十分重要的指导意义和借鉴作用。转变教育观念,坚持以学生为本;建立和谐的师生关系,创设学生公平发展的环境;创建新型课堂,提高教学效果;终身学习,全面提升教师自身的教学能力;等等,皆对我国现阶段教师工作具有启迪性。 At present, quality education and comprehensive development of personality are highly promoted, so the traditional teachers can- not meet the demands of the new era. Reviewing Tao Xing-zhi's education theory, namely, the "integration of teaching,learning and doing", and understanding its rich connotation and practical meaning are of great guiding and referential significance towards the current development of teachers' teaching. Change the former educational concepts and regard students as the subject; establish harmonious teacher- student relation- ship and create environment for students' fair development; create new- style classroom teaching and enhance students' study effects; promote life - long education and enhance teachers' teaching ability in a comprehensive way. These are all of great enlightening significance towards the current teachers' teaching.
