The application of agent construction system in the management of projects invested by government ——A case study in Longyan city

代建制是中国投资体制改革的重要成果,也是项目建设模式的创新。在代建制的实施过程中,建立与项目投资特点相一致的组织构架是代建制的实施基础,建立完善的代建管理制度是代建制的实施保障,科学的过程管理是代建制的实施关键。只有做好这几个环节,才能充分发挥代建制在政府投资建设项目中的作用。

The agent construction system is an important result of Chinese investment system reform and an innovation of project construction mode. Taking some projects in Longyan city as examples, it proposes the building of organizational structure in consistent with project investment features, complete agent construction management system and scientific process management to guarantee its implementation, so as to give full play to the functions of agent construction system in projects invested by government.
