摘要
《民办教育促进法》的颁布是中国民办高等教育史的里程碑。民办普通高校如雨后春笋不断涌现,在基础型、应用型人才的培养上发挥了不可替代的作用,也为教育领域增添了新动力。然而新生的高校自身有着不可避免的弱势,高效管理是不可或缺的。应用好激励理论,对教师队伍进行良好的管理,激发其工作积极性,对民办高校的发展有着极其重要的意义。
The promulgation of "the Private Education Promotion Act" is a milestone in the history of China's private higher education. Private colleges and universities are springing up and play an irreplaceable role in training basic and applied talents, at the same time they add a new dynamic to education. But the newly-born colleges themselves have inevitable vulnerable shortage. So efficient management is essential, and especially how to better administrate the faculty is significant to the development of private colleges.
