摘要
研究了不同磨床、磨具、进给量、磨削加工条件(干、湿磨)等工艺条件对退火T10钢磨削硬化效果的影响。采用磨削方法对相同试样进行分类对比实验,从中研究磨削加工工艺的优化组合。结果表明,使用碳化硅砂轮进行干磨时,对试样硬度值的影响最大,当进给量为0.02 mm时,磨削加工所能达到的硬度值最大,可达到维氏硬度3 300 HV左右。
The influence of ground hardening process of T10 steel is studied by different conditions of cooling process, cutting depth and grinding wheel. The samples are classified and tested by grinding in order to study the optimization of grinding process. The result shows: using SiC grinding wheel and 0.02 mm cutting depth will produce the best hardness effect; the hardness of T10 steel can reach 3300HV.
