高职院校实训师资队伍建设探析

Construction of the teaching staff of vocational colleges for students practice

高职院校实训师资队伍普遍存在数量、素质、结构等方面的问题,必须通过确立实训教学的核心地位、改善实训教师的来源结构、制订实训人才的引进计划、加强实训教师的培训提升、完善实训教师的激励机制、发挥兼职教师的补充作用、实施"理实一体化"教学模式改革等多种措施来解决,建立一支数量充足、比例协调、素质合格的实训师资队伍,更好地推进高职院校的建设和发展。

In the construction of the teaching staff of vocational colleges for students practice, there exist some problems, especially in the aspects of numbers, quality and organization. This paper pro- vides several solutions to the problems, which are as follows： to put the practical teaching at the core, to improve the recruitment sources of practical teachers, to make plans to absorbe practical talents, to enstrengthen the training of practical teachers, to better the stimulus mechanism of practical teachers, to develop the supplementary role of part-time teachers, and to execute the theory-practice teaching mode. The solutions are aimed to develop the devlopment of vocational colleges by establishiong good teaching staff at vocaional colleges with enough qualified practical teachers.
