摘要
放债行业在香港有着很长的历史。本文主要介绍了香港放债行业的基本情况,以及香港专业放债机构的专门立法——《放债人条例》和香港持牌放债人公会制定的《放债人营运守则》的主要内容,并实地考察了两家放债机构,总结了其经营中的特点,在此基础上提出了几点启示。
Money lender has a long history in Hong Kong. This paper introduces the profile of lending sectors in Hong Kong, main contents of Money Lenders Ordinances governing lending institutions, and Code of Money Lenders Practice stipulated by the Hong Kong Associaction of Licenced Money Lender.After field review of two money lenders, the author sums up this business features and provides implictions on China.
