On the Theory and Practice of Capitalization of Private Wealth——On Informal Financing and Real Economy Development

随着我国经济实力的发展壮大和不断提升,民间各类财富也在不断增加和膨胀。如何引导巨额存量和增量民间货币财富通过适当可行的途径,支持实体经济发展,不仅是贯彻落实国务院关于拓宽民间投资渠道要求和全国金融工作会议精神的务实之举,而且有利于防范和控制金融风险,确保区域经济金融同步协调和健康持续发展。本文从理论和实践层面,以不同角度,对上述问题进行了探讨分析和研究,并提出相关建议。

With the economic development in China, informal wealth have been increasing and expanding. How to guide the huge amount of informal wealth to support the real economy in a way of capitalization not only meets the requirements set by the State Council to expand the informal investment channel but also helps to prevent and control financial risks and to ensure healthy and sustainable development of regional economy. The paper discusses and analyzes above issues in theory and in practice and puts forward policy suggestion.
