摘要 有效的生产存储控制系统对任何企业来说是至关重要的 ,为获得有效的生产控制 ,人们研究了不同的系统 ,其中 MRP、Kanban和 CONWIP是最为典型的三类控制方式。本文以某轧钢厂为背景通过仿真对比分析这三类系统的性能 ,结果表明 ,CONWIP系统最为有效 ,它具有较低的在制品量、平均存储量和平均存储费用 ,同时保证较高的通过率和设备使用率。 Effective production inventory control systems are important for any manufacturing plant. In order to obtain effective production control, several different production control systems have been proposed. MRP, Kanban, and CONWIP are the most popular systems among these. In this paper, a simulation analysis compares the three control systems implemented in a steel rolling plant. Simulation results show us that the CONWIP production control system is the most efficient of these. It can greatly decrease the WIP (Work In Process), the average inventory and the average inventory costs, while providing a higher throughput rate and facility utilization.
