海岛棉纤维品质性状的QTLs定位 被引量:3

QTLs Mapping for Fiber Quality Traits in Sea-Island Cotton(Gossypium barbadense L.)

摘要 以海岛棉(Gossypium barbadense L.)新海3号和Giza82组建包含190个单株的F2和F2∶3群体为材料,通过3800对SSR引物对亲本进行筛选,获得81个多态性标记。利用JoinMap3.0分析软件构建了1个包括18个连锁群,48个SSR标记,标记间平均间距13.03cm,全长625.4cm,覆盖海岛棉基因组的14.09%的遗传连锁图。采用复合区间作图法检测到4个海岛棉纤维品质性状QTL,包括1个整齐度(FLU)、l个伸长率(FE)、1麦克隆值(FM)、1个成熟度指数(MI),分别解释各性状表型变异的11.83%、5.98%、12.38%和6.19%。本研究的结果为海岛棉纤维品质性状的分子设计育种提供了有用的信息。 Sea-island cotton is one of the world's most important natural textile fiber. It plays an important role in the textile industry worldwide. In this paper,a genetic linkage map was constructed by the F2 and F2.3 population derived from cross between two sea-island cotton cultivars'Xinhai 3 'and'Giza 82'. We identified 81 polymorphic loci with 3800 pairs of SSR primers. Using Joinmap3.0 software,a genetic linkage map of sea-island cotton with 48 loci was constructed,which comprised of 18 linkage groups covering 625.4 cm with an average interval of 13.03 cm between the two neighbor markers,and approximately 14.09% of the whole cotton genome. Based on composite interval mapping,4 QTLs related with fiber quality traits of the sea-island cotton were detected,1 for fiber length uniformity,1 for fiber elongation, 1 for fiber micronaire value,and 1 for maturity index. These QTLs explained their corresponding phenotypic variations with 11.83 %0,5.98 %, 12. 380,% and 6.19%, respectively. This research could provide valuable information for the molecular design breeding of fiber quality in sea-island cotton.
