摘要 为给小黑麦在盐胁迫下的耐盐生理研究及其耐盐育种提供基本的参考依据,以4个春性小黑麦品种为材料,利用模拟盐胁迫方法,研究了NaC1和Na2SO45个盐分水平(0、50、100、150和200mmol/L)条件下,胁迫对发芽和苗期指标的影响及抑制作用的大小。结果表明:不同种类和不同浓度的盐胁迫对小黑麦发芽率和幼苗形态有不同程度的影响。随着盐浓度的升高,小黑麦的发芽率和苗期指标均有所下降。盐胁迫对小黑麦苗期各指标影响由小到大依次为:根数、鲜重、地上干重、地下干重、发芽率、根长和苗高。NaC1胁迫下的各个指标的抑制指数Ⅱ略高于Na2SO4胁迫下的各个指标的抑制指数Ⅱ。NaC1对小黑麦幼苗的胁迫程度高于Na2SO4。试验结果将对盐渍化耕地小黑麦生产有重要的参考价值。 In order to provide basic reference for physiological research of triticale under salt stress and its salt tolerant breeding, 4 spring triticale varieties were treated to study the effects of soil salinity levels (0 mmol/L, 50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L, 150 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L)and two soil varieties (NaCI, Na2SO4 ) on triticiale germination and seedling growth. The results showed that different types and different concentrations of salt stress on triticale germination rate and seedling morphology had different degrees of impact. The indexes of germination rate and seedlings diminished with the increase of soil salinity. According to the degree of influence of salt stress, the indexes of triticale seedlings were in the order of root numbers, seedling fresh weight, dry weight on ground,dry weight of roots,germination percentage, main root length and seedling. Inhibition index II of various indicators under NaCl stress was slightly higher than that under Naz SO4 Stress. NaCl stress on the seedlings of triticale was higher than Na2 SO4. The results would be of referential value to triticale production of salt-affected cropland.
