促孕散对持久黄体奶牛血清生殖激素影响的研究

Study on the Impact of Fertility-Promoting Powder on Reproductive Hormones in Serum of Dairy Cattle with Persistent Corpus Luteum

用促孕散对12头持久黄体奶牛进行治疗,统计发情率,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测治疗奶牛血清中的雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P4)两种生殖激素变化,并与健康对照组奶牛对比,探讨促孕散对奶牛2种生殖激素的影响。结果显示:促孕散治疗持久黄体奶牛发情有效率为91.67%。促孕散处理前,P4水平极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),E2与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。促孕散处理后血清中E2水平不断升高,与对照组比较水平差异不显著(P>0.05),P4水平逐渐降低,与对照组水平差异不显著(P>0.05),消长规律相似。结论:促孕散能够显著提高持久黄体奶牛E2的分泌水平,溶解黄体显著降低P4水平,使E2和P4的分泌回归正常,从而治疗奶牛持久黄体。

To discuss the impact of Fertility-promoting Powder on the hormones（E2 and P4） in serums of dairy cows, the research used Fertility-promoting Powder to treat 12 dairy cows with persistent corpus luteum, counted estrus rate,measured the hormones （Ez and P4 ） level in serums by ELISA, and compared with the control group. The results showed that, the effective estrus rate of the cows with persistent corpus luteum was 91.67 % after the treatraent. Before the treatment,P4 level was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.01） ,and E2 level was not significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment,E2 level kept rising in persistent corpus luteum cows,not significantly different （P〉0.05） from the control group, and P4 level gradually decreased,not significantly different （P〈0.05） from the control group, with similar variation to the control group. Conclusion： Fertility-promoting Powder can significantly improve the level of E2 in persistent corpus luteum cows,dissolve corpus luteum, and significantly decrease P4 level, so that the secretion of E2 and P4 returns to the normal, and the persistent corpus luteum cound he treated.
