摘要
热稳定剂是一类能减少或防止聚合物在加工使用过程中受热而发生交联或降解,延长复合材料使用寿命的添加剂。本论文合成了纳米巯基乙酸镧热稳定剂,利用红外光谱分析及化学分析、SEM等手段确定了产品组成,并通过流变、维卡、力学测试等方法比较了其与巯基乙酸镧和铅盐类稳定剂的热学和力学性能差异。
Thermal stabilizers are additives that help polymers endure the effects of increased heat by reducing or preventing cross-linking or degradation so as to extend the service life of composite materials. In this article,nano Lanthanum thioglycolate of rare earth heat stabilizer had been synthesized successfully. The IR spectral analysis and chemical analysis (SEM) were used to define the compositions of the product. The performances of the earth heat stabilizers were compared with the lead salt stabilizer and lanthanum thioglycolate through theology, vicat,mechanical testing.
