The Koru spiral of values model which reflected the core value of Maori culture of Maori people in New Zealand was introduced. The Maori eco-cultural tourism model based on the Koru spiral of values was analyzed, the development process, the content and protection measures of Maori eco-cuhural tourism were summarized. The New Zealand Maori eco-cultural tourism model could provided some references for the development and protection of en- thnic people eco-cuhural tourism in Yunnan province.
