摘要 针对目前矿井下司控道岔系统存在通信故障无法实时检测以及遥控器功能单一的问题,论文设计了一种新型司控道岔遥控器。该遥控器采用无线传输模块CC1100实现无线遥控装置命令编码的发送和接收,设计命令协议实现控制命令的发送和接收器对遥控器的应答。司机可以通过遥控器完成对道岔转辙机的控制以及对道岔位置的读取。实践证明,该遥控器除了可以实现交互信息传递,增加控制可靠性外,操作更具有实用性。 To solve the problem that communication faults could not be detected real-timely and the function of remote-controller was simple which existed in the system of rail control- ler in coal mine, this paper gave a new method. The system implemented the transmitting and receiving of wireless remote control command code by using wireless transfer module CCllO0 and designed some command protocols to implement the transmit of control com- mands and the response from receiver to transistor. The driver can control the switch ma- chine effectively and acquire the position of the rail by using the remote-controller. It has been shown that this system not only implements transmission of the interactive information, enhances reliability of the control, but also makes the operation more practical.
