摘要 弯管是石油、化工、航海、航空和核工业管道网络中的重要构件,对弯管内流体压强分布规律的研究是弯管生产使用质量安全保证的前提和基础。本文基于量纲分析方法,通过压强分布预测模拟,数值研究了多个无量纲参数对弯管内流体压强分布特点的影响和定量分布规律。结果表明:弯管无量纲压强随弯径比在凸边递减、凹边递增,两者之差递减并趋于恒定值;无量纲压强与β角基本成反余弦关系变化。 Elbow pipes are critical components of piping system in petroleum industry, chemical indus- try, navigation industry, aviation industry and nucleus industry. The study on the distribution of di- mensionless pressure of fluid on the surface of the elbow pipes is the premise of quality safety in pro- ducing elbow. This paper is based on the dimensional analysis methods. The qualitative conclusions for the 90~ elbow pipe are obtained. By means of prediction of the pressure distribution, the effect of a number of dimensionless parameters such as the non-dimensional curvature, Reynolds number, di- mensionless axial angle ct, and annular angle fl on the spatial distribution of pressure inside the elbow is analyzed and discussed in detail by numerical method. The results show that the dimensionless pressure decreases on the convex side and increases on the concave side with the bending diameter ra- tio and that the dimensionless pressure basically has inverse cosine relationship with ft.
