高容量血液滤过用于危重症并急性肾损伤120例的近期疗效

摘要 目的探讨高容量血液滤过(HVHF)用于危重症合并急性肾损伤(AKI)治疗的近期疗效。方法 120例危重症合并AKI患者行HVHF治疗,监测治疗前后患者生命征及血电解质、血糖、肾功能变化,同时分别在治疗前后对患者行简化急性生理评分(SAPSⅡ)、急性肾小管坏死-个体严重程度指数(ATN-ISI)评分,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗结束后患者一般情况稳定,平均动脉压(MAP)显著上升,肾功能指标显著好转,ATN-ISI及SAPSⅡ评分显著下降。结论 HVHF用于危重症合并AKI患者的治疗有良好的近期疗效。 Objective To investigate the short-term effect of high volume hemofiltration (HVHF) on the treatment for the patients with critically ill associated with acute kidney injury. Methods A total of 120 critically ill patients with acute kidney injury were treated with HVHF. The patients' vital signs, renal function, serum electrolyte, blood sugar, ATN-ISI score and SAPSV score before and after the treatment were observed and compared, and the statistical analysis were made. Results After treatment, the patients were generally stable. MAP increased significantly and renal function was significantly improved. The ATN-ISI score and SAPS Ⅱ score decreased significantly. Conclusion High volume hemofiLtration for the patients with critically ill associated with acute kidney injury has good short-term effect.
