摘要
针对济钢小型转炉扩容改造后在供氧周期、化渣返干、去除硫磷、钢铁料消耗及溅渣护炉等方面存在的问题,通过对系统进行全面系统的分析计算,对氧枪进行改进设计,对各辅助系统进行合理的优化改进;实践证明,本次提高小型转炉供氧强度的改造实践是合理、成功的。
In order to kick off the problems of long oxygen supply period, slag-making, desulfuration, dephosphorization, high metal-consumption rate and poor slag splashing effect, and so on, the suitable and reasonable improvememt scheme have been established through systematic analysis and calculation. The improvement practice proved that all the work on the enhancement of oxygen-supplying intensity were effective and successful on the small-scale convertor in Jigang.
