摘要
目前能源市场形势急剧变化,为了降低生铁成本,提高竞争力,邯钢4#高炉通过改善原燃料质量和优化高炉操作制度等措施,稳定煤气流分布,在保证炉况稳定顺行的前提下,使入炉煤比提高到160 kg/t以上,燃料比降至520 kg/t以内。
Facing dramatic change in market situation,to reduce the cost of pig iron, enhance competitiveness,through improvement of the raw fuel quality , and optimization of blast furnace operation system ,the stability of gas flow distribution in the premise of ensuring the stability of the furnace conditions in Handan Iron and Steel blast 4#furnace, anterograde coal into the furnace rose to 160 kg/t, fuel ratio dropped to below 520 kg/t.
