金鼎重工连铸板坯表面纵裂分析与控制

摘要 连铸板坯表面纵裂起因于结晶器弯月面出现坯壳厚度的不均匀性。针对河北钢铁集团金鼎重工股份有限公司板坯连铸机的实际生产情况,分析影响板坯表面纵裂的因素,发现连铸板坯纵裂与结晶器冷却强度、钢水成分,夹杂物含量、拉速等诸多因素有着密切的关系。通过对各方面采取相应的措施,减少连铸板坯纵裂的产生。 The cause of slab surface cracks was due to uneven thickness of bending surface in mold shell. According to actual conditions of the slab caster in Jinding Heavy Industry Co. Ltd Of Hebei Iron &Steel Group, analysis of factors leading to the slab surface longitudinal crack was made and found that occurance of the crack relates closely to many factora such as mold Cooling strength,steel composition, Inclusion content,drawing speed etc. By taking corresponding measures, the continuous casting slab billet longitudinal crack can he reduced.
