摘要 本文针对实际生产中,阳极杆组由于各种原因铝导杆与爆炸块的铝-铝焊接部位以及爆炸块钢-铝结合面经常出现开焊现象,利用改变破口形状、异形补强爆炸焊块补强、规范焊接工艺的方法进行改善优化,提高导杆使用寿命和周转率,降低电解生产成本。 In the actual production, many reasons lead to open welding phenomenon at aluminum-aluminum welding position between aluminum guide and explosions block, and at the joint surface between explosion blocks of steel-aluminum. By changing of the break shape, shaped reinforcing explosion welding block reinforcement, normalization of welding technology to improve optimization, the life of the guide bar and the turnover rate were improved, and the cost of electrolysis was reduced.
