摘要
研究了成型工艺、设计孔隙率、石子粒径和硅灰掺量对透水混凝土孔隙率、透水系数和抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:振动成型和压制成型试样孔隙率满足设计孔隙率要求,透水系数大于0.5 mm/s,抗压强度较高;设计孔隙率15%时各项性能较好;石子粒径对试样性能影响较大,石子粒径越大,透水系数越大,抗压强度越小;硅灰掺量在5%时可明显提高试样的抗压强度,较未掺硅灰试样其28 d抗压强度提高了27%。
The effect of compaction process, design porosity, gravel size and dosage of silica fume on porosity, permeability coefficient and compressive strength and other properties of pervious concrete were studied.The results are as follows:The porosity of the sample could meet the design requirements of porosity with vibration molding or pressing,permeability coefficient were more than 0.5 mm/s, compressive strength were higher than other compaction processes;Design porosity of 15% had the better performance;Gravel size had a greater impact on the performance,when the size of the stone bigger the permeability coefficient increased,but the compressive strength became smaller;With 5% silica fume can significantly improve the compressive strength of the sample,the 28 d compressive strength increased by 27% over the non-doped silica fume specimen.
