聚乙烯醇纤维对矿物掺合料砂浆阻裂性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 按照水灰比0.5,胶砂比1∶3设计砂浆,分别研究聚乙烯醇纤维掺量与矿物掺合料砂浆产生裂纹的数量、长度、宽度以及初裂时间等的关系,从而表征砂浆的阻裂性能,并与聚丙烯纤维的掺入效果进行比较,试验表明:每立方米矿物掺合料水泥中砂浆掺入0.9 kg聚乙烯醇纤维能明显的提高的阻裂性能,为纤维增强阻裂砂浆的应用提供了理论依据。 The mortar was prepared by the water cement ratio of 0.5 and the cement aggregate ratio of 1:3.The relationship between the content of the polyvinyl alcohol fiber and crack amount, crack length, crack width and the beginning time of the fissure which was raised by the mineral admixtures mortar was studied respectively.Then the crack resistance of the mortar was depicted.In addition,the comparison of the crack resistance between the polyvinyl alcohol fiber and the Polypropylene fiber was conducted.The result shows that the crack resistance can be greatly improved when 0.9 kg polyvinyl alcohol fiber per cubic meter was added, as provided the theoretical basis for the applying of the fiber strengthen resistance mortar.
