摘要 研究了氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂合成过程中,原材料摩尔比、反应温度、反应pH值的影响。加入第四单体尿素,以最佳工艺合成一种氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂并测试性能。结果表明:当加入尿素,可以在不降低性能的前提下降低成本,并有较好的适应性。 The influence of the mole ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and the reaction pH value in the synthesis process of Aminosulfonic-based Super-plasticizer was studied.To synthesize a new kind of Aminosulfonic-based Super-plasticizer by adding urea into the polymerization system as a fourth monomer, then test the performance of it.It shows that the cost of the super-plasticizer was reduced while the performance was maintained after wo added the proper dosage urea into it, and the product showed a better adaptability.
