摘要
随着我国特高压直流输电工程的全面启动,直流输电电压等级也由500 kV提高到800 kV。为了使现有的特高压直流电压发生器的工作电压满足特高压直流输电技术发展的需要,将澳大利亚国家计量院研制的1 000 kV直流高压分压器测量系统作为标准直流高压分压器,采用电压比测量方法,与户内1 800 kV直流高压分压器进行了比对试验。通过对测量不确定度各项影响分量的综合评定,表明1 800 kV直流高压分压器在1000 kV工作电压下的分压比变化率小于0.5%,能满足开展特高压直流绝缘技术研究和特高压直流设备相关产品检测工作的需要。
Along with overall implementation of the construction of UHVDC power transmission projects in China,original ±500 kV voltage grade for HVDC power transmission is upgraded to ±800 kV for UHVDC power transmission.There is also a demand in the future to further upgrade the transmission voltage level to ±1 000 kV or above.To make the working voltage of existing UHVDC voltage generator meeting the requirement of the development of UHVDC power transmission technology,the measurement system of 1 000 kV DC high voltage divider manufactured by the National Measurement Institute,Australia was taken as the standard DC high voltage divider,and using voltage ratio measurement method an intercomparison test with the indoor ±1 800 kV DC high voltage divider was performed and the voltage ratio of the 1 800 kV divider was measured at voltages up to 1 000 kV with the 1 000 kV measurement system as the reference.Through comprehensive evaluation on influencing components on measurement uncertainty,it was shown that the change rate of the dividing ratio of the indoor ±1 800 kV DC high voltage divider at the voltage up to 1 000 kV was lower than 0.5%,thus it can meet the requirements of the research on UHVDC insulation technology and the detection of products related to UHVDC power transmission equipments.
