摘要
对国内外大规模风电接入电网的继电保护问题进行了综述。首先分析了不同类型风电机组短路电流的幅值和衰减特征,以及影响风电场短路电流的因素。其次讨论了风电场内集电线路的故障特征和相应的保护策略。然后针对高压输电系统保护对风电接入的适应性,分析了零序保护、重合闸和距离III段的性能以及相应对策。最后,建议应当从加强风电机组故障特性研究、组织力量开展保护用风电机组电磁暂态通用模型研究、开发适用于风电场集电线路和网络保护的网络化保护新原理与新技术以及加强风电场与电网在保护和控制方面的协调配合4个方面展开研究工作,解决继电保护面对的问题。
A survey on relay protection for grid-connected large-scale wind farm home and abroad is given.Firstly,the amplitudes of short-circuit currents of various types of wind power generation sets and their attenuation characteristics as well as the factors impacting short-circuit current of wind farm are analyzed;secondly,the fault characteristics of current-collecting circuit of wind farm and corresponding protection strategy are discussed;and then based on the adaptability of protective relayings of high-voltage power transmission system to the grid-connection of wind farm the performances of zero-sequence protection,autoreclosure and the third zone of distance protection and corresponding countermeasures are analyzed;finally,it is suggested that the researches in four aspects,such as fault characteristics of wind power generation sets,the generalized electromagnetic transient model for the protection of wind power generation sets,developing new principles and technologies of networking protection suitable for protection of current-collecting circuit of wind farm and network protection based on wide area information and communication network,and enhancing the coordination in protection and control between wind farm and power gird,should be promoted.
