产业创新网络中企业技术学习研究

Enterprise's Technology Learning in Industry Innovation Network

本文运用复杂网络进行仿真,分析产业创新网络的网络结构以及企业不同的技术学习策略对技术学习的绩效的影响。研究结果表明:(1)产业创新网络从随机网络演化为无尺度网络极大的提高了网络内企业技术学习的绩效;(2)综合考虑连接强度与临近成员技术水平的权衡主义倾向技术学习策略不仅能获得较高的技术学习效率,而且能有效的降低整个产业创新网络的产业技术差距,是一种明显优于只考虑其中一种因素的技术学习策略的策略。

Appling complex network theory, this paper conducts a simulation analysis on the effects of network structure and enterprise＇s technology learning strategies on the performance of technology learning industry innovation network. The results show that ： （ 1 ） the evolution of industry innovation network from random network to scale - free network will greatly enhance enterprise＇s technology learning performance; （2） the balancing technology learning strategy, which takes both the link strength and technology level of adjacent network member into consideration, is a better strategy than the other two strategies in term of efficiency and fair.
