摘要 对鞍钢股份有限公司冷轧厂1700 mm平整机延伸率控制系统进行了研究。针对平整机实际运行中存在的问题,建立了由轧制力反馈控制、轧制力前馈控制、张力反馈控制组成的新的延伸率控制系统。实际应用表明,带钢低速延伸率偏差≤0.1%,带钢高速延伸率偏差≤0.05%,满足了工艺要求。 Study on the application of the operating system for controlling the elongation of the 1700 mm cold rolling skin pass mill in Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.is carried out.The new operating system for controlling the elongation of the Mill is established,which consists of such systems as controlling the feedback and feedforward of rolling forces and controlling the feedback of tensile forces with regards to actual troubles in operation of the Mill.The operating results show that the elongation deviation of the strip steel is less than or equal to 0.1% when it is running through the Mill in a low speed while its elongation deviation is less than or equal to 0.05% when it is running in a high speed,which indicates the Mill can meet the requirements of the process.
