胆石症的中西医结合治疗

Application of Integrative Medicine Clinical in Treatment of Gallstone Disease

目的 探讨和评价中西医结合方法治疗胆石症的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2001年～2011年我院收治的10317例胆石症患者的临床资料,根据其治疗方法将其分为手术治疗组、保守治疗组、手术＋中药治疗组,并对其临床疗效进行分级评估和对比.结果 手术＋中药治疗组患者临床有效率、住院天数,以及胆管结石复发率较单纯手术组和保守治疗组有明显的差异性（P〈0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗胆石症的方法不仅可以明显加快患者术后恢复,减轻患者及其家庭负担,还可以降低术后并发症的发生.

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of surgery combined with traditional chinese medicine in treating the gallstone disease. Methods 10 317 patients suffered from gallstone disease during 2001 to 2011 in the retrospectively researches were divided by the different therapies into three groups： surgical group（ Group S） ,conser- vative treatment group （Group C ）and surgery combined with traditional Chinese medical treatment group （Group STCM ）. The clinic efficiency, hospitalization time and recurrence rate of bile duct stones were compared between each group. Results There are better clinic efficiency, less hospitalization time and lower recurrence rate of bile duct stones in Group STCM than other groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The method of surgery combined with traditional chinese medicine could bring such advantages as quick recovery, smaller burthen to patients and less postoperative complications.
