摘要 以实现大型水压机特殊环境下立柱应力的高可靠性监测为目的,提出一种新型的水压机立柱应力测试系统。该系统基于"测位式"应力测试思想,利用非接触式微位移传感器测量立柱的微变形,通过应力-应变关系间接求得立柱应力。基于工业现场总线通讯技术,改传统模拟式系统为数字式系统,实现水压机立柱应力测试信号的数字化远距离传输。对新方法进行了系统的试验研究,并实施了工程应用,结果表明,新方法能够替代传统的电阻应变片应力测试方式,实现水压机特殊环境下的立柱应力高可靠性监测功能。最后根据试验研究结果,提出了该方法在实际应用中的若干建议。 In order to accomplish the high reliable testing of column stress under special circumstances in large forging hydraulic press,a new stress testing system for columns in large forging hydraulic press is proposed.In this system,a non-contact and micro-displacement sensor is used to detect the micro-deformation of the column,and the column stress is measured indirectly according to the strain-stress relationship of the column.In the new system,the analog signals of stress testing are digitalized and transmitted by digital industrial field bus so as to accomplish the long-distance transmission under special circumstances.Experimental study and engineering application are carried out,the results show that the new testing system can substitute the traditional stress testing method which is based on resistance strain gauge and accomplish the high reliable testing of column stress under special circumstances in large forging hydraulic press.At last,some recommendations are proposed,which are helpful in practical use.
