高校教师跨学科交往特点分析 被引量:4

摘要 跨学科交往是学术创新的动力源泉。高校教师跨学科交往有其学科限度,更容易在学科或专业领域交叉、覆盖地带寻找到空间。学科带头人或信息守门员的"好位置"及领域内的"弱关系"能促进创新思想的交流及人员的交往。高校教师需在高度个人主义与学术共同体集体活动间寻求平衡,方可激发出自身的学术创造力。
