林蛙卵对去卵巢大鼠血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Enzymatic Hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis Egg on Serum Biochemical Indexes in Ovariectomized Rats

摘要 研究林蛙卵酶解液对去卵巢大鼠血清生化指标及子宫内膜形态的作用,确定林蛙卵的功能价值,一定时间为进一步开发利用林蛙卵奠定基础。通过切除大鼠双侧卵巢,模拟更年期绝经妇女模型,灌胃林蛙卵酶解液后处死,检测大鼠体重及脏器系数的变化,测定血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白及碱性磷酸酶、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶,并扫描电镜观察子宫内膜形态。结果显示,对大鼠进行卵巢摘除,灌胃林蛙卵酶解液后,与模型对照相比,体重,血清中TG、TC、LDL-C含量和ALP、ALT及AST水平显著下降,HDL-C含量显著升高。 This study was to investigate the effect of enzymatic hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg on serum biochemical indexes and uterine luminal surface in ovariectomized rats to determine Rana chensinensis egg in the function value,as a basis for further of this resources.Bilateral ovaries ablated in order to Simulation model of postmenopausal women in Menopausal.After the rats fed with enzymatic hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg,the body weight and organ coefficient was observed.The serum TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,as well as ALP,ALT,AST levels were measured,and ultra structure of uterine luminal surface was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the rats were ovariectomized.Body weight,TC,TG,LDL-C,ALP,ALT,AST levels were significantly decreased and HDL-C level was significantly increased by feeding hydrolysate from Rana chensinensis egg compared with model control group.
