摘要
针对现有色纺纱智能配色收敛速度慢、配色运算次数多的缺点,提出一种基于和声算法的智能配色方案。该方法利用Stearns-Noechel修正模型,将和声算法应用于对色纺纱的全光谱匹配运算。并给出了实验混色配方数据及运算速度对比数据。实验数据表明,和声算法可以使色纺纱智能配色的收敛速度变快、减少运算次数,从而提高了配色方案的搜索效率,有利于实际计算机打样。
For the shortcomings of slow convergence and many computations in the intelligent color matching of color spinning, this paper puts forward an intelligent color matching scheme based on the harmony search algorithm. The scheme applies the harmony search algorithm to the full spectrum color matching computation with the Stearns-Noechel correction model, and gives the comparative data of the experimental blending formula data and the computing speed. The experimental data show that the harmony search algorithm can increase the color convergence rate and reduce the number of computations in the intelligent matching of color spinning, thus improving the search efficiency of the color matching scheme and facilitating the actual computer proofing.
