摘要
Coolmax纤维与棉混纺氨纶包芯竹节纱面料因其良好的导湿性和透气性成为夏季高档服装面料的研究热点。论文结合实际生产,系统分析了主要工艺参数对纱线生产的影响,总结了其在生产过程中的工艺原则。分析结果表明:低速度、低张力、大隔距、小后区牵伸倍数、大捻系数等可有效避免竹节纱断头、包芯纱露芯和无芯等问题。
The fabric of Coolmax/cotton blended spandex core-spun slub yarn becomes the research focus of the high-grade garment fabric in summer due to its excellent transmission and air permeability. According to the practical production, this paper systematically analyzes the impact of main process parameters on the yarn production and summarizes the process principles in the production process. The results show that: the slubby yarn breakage and core yarn with exposed core and without core can be avoided effectively under the conditions of low speed, low tension, and large twist coefficient. big separation, small draw ratio of posterior region
