摘要
论述了超声波技术的主要特点和微胶囊制备的主要方法,全面综述了超声波技术在纺织用微胶囊制备中的研究与应用。着重介绍了超声波辅助法对微胶囊粒径大小、分布与微胶囊包埋率的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,经超声后的胶囊都具有粒径较小且分布相对很均匀、包埋率高的特点。
This paper discusses the main characteristics of ultrasonic technology and the preparation method of microcapsule. In addition, it reviews the research and application of ultrasonic technology in the preparation of the textile microcapsule, emphatically introduces the impact of the ultrasonic auxiliary method on the size, distribution and microcapsule embedding rate of the of microcapsule particle, and analyzes its mechanism. The results show that the microcapsules treated by ultrasound are all characterized with smaller particle size, the relatively even distribution and high embedding rate.
