井下增压超高压射流钻井技术研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 随着浅层油气资源勘探开发程度越来越高,深层油气资源成为中国油气资源战略接替的重要领域。而深井、超深井钻井勘探过程面临钻速慢,成本高等亟待解决的问题。应用超高压喷射钻井技术来提高深井超深井钻井速度是一种行之有效的方法,而实现超高压射流最主要的工具是井下增压器。通过国内外文献调研,主要介绍了国内外井下增压器工艺和增压机理以及超高压射流辅助破岩机理的研究进展,指出了前人研究的不足或尚未完善之处,在此基础上指出了井下增压器及其超高压射流辅助钻井破岩机理的研究方向。 Oil and gas exploration and development is gradually shifting from shallow to deep formations,while the drilling of deep and ultra-deep wells confronts with problems of slow drilling rate and high cost.Research and experiment indicate that ultra-high pressure jet drilling is an effective technology to improve drilling rate for deep and ultra-deep wells,and down-hole booster is the key equipment for realizing ultra-high pressure water jet.Investigation of domestic and foreign literatures has revealed down-hole booster technique and pressure boosting mechanism,as well as the research progress in ultra-high pressure water jet assisted rock breaking mechanism;points out the disadvantages of previous researches,and suggests the direction of further research.
