齐40块注空气辅助蒸汽驱试验研究与应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对齐40块蒸汽驱进入开发中后期平面和层间矛盾突出、高温汽窜现象严重的问题,开展了注空气辅助蒸汽驱研究和现场试验工作。通过对注空气辅助蒸汽驱增产机理、催化氧化反应对地层矿物伤害性和催化产物与破乳剂配伍性评价、伴生气含氧量爆炸极限等方面进行研究,优选出以B为主剂的催化剂及其最佳注入浓度,有效保障了注空气辅助蒸汽驱的平稳运行,起到明显增油效果,同时也为蒸汽驱后期综合调整提供了技术储备。 Steam flooding in Qi40 block has entered mid-late stage and shows problems of severe areal and interlayer interferences and high temperature steam channeling.Researches and experimental study of air-assisted steam flooding have been conducted in respects of the mechanism of boosting production,the damage of catalytic oxidation reaction on formation minerals,the compatibility of reaction product with demulsifier,and the explosion limit on oxygen content of associated gas.A catalyst with B agent as the main agent and its optimum concentration are optimized.These techniques have effectively stabilized steam flooding performance and increased oil production,and provided ways for integral adjustment in the late stage of steam flooding.
