摘要
对110例(130例/次)慢性肾功能衰竭患者的贫血状况进行了分析;贫血程度和肾功能损害程度(BUN、Cr、Ccr)呈曲线相关。但在血肌酐值高于884.02μmol/L(10 mg/dI)时,这种相关逐渐消失。偏相关分析证明血浆CO_2CP和肌酐是两个独立的影响因素。透析和非透析疗法能降低BNU和Cr,但贫血无改善。
One hundred and ten cases of chronic renal failure with anemia were analyzed A curvilinear correlation was observed between the degree of anemia and the impairment of renal function. This correlation, however, gradually disappeared when the serum creatinine became higher than 10 mg/dl. By divergent correlation analysis, Cr and CO_2CP were found to be independent factors affecting the anemia In our series, treatments utilizing or not utilizing dialysis could reduce the BUN and Cr levels, but in patients with chronic renal failure, it did not improve the anemia.
