摘要 钢铁铸件用非破坏性的硬度检验代替破坏性的抗拉强度检验并在生产中应用,国内外均已有报导。铝合金铸件用硬度检验代替强度检验则要在一定的条件下作大量的基础工作,找出硬度和强度、硬度和延伸率的关系。作者对安吉铸造厂300多炉次两种牌号铝铸件的机械性能进行了分析,上机运算后,得出了经验公式,并列出了适合工厂应用的表格。并正在工厂实践中检验。 It is known that non-rupture test,such as the hardness test, an be used to replace rupture tension test on iron and steel casting.We have read some reports about this.How about using hardness test to replace tension test on aluminum alloy?A lot of basic research must be made under particular conditions so find out the relationship between U.T.S.anp HB,and between EL and HB. We analyse the test data of mechanical properties taken from the charges for 300 times at An Ji foundry factory.Through calculation in computor,some experience formulas have been got and some tables are worked out which perhaps are useful for factories.Now these tables are being tested in some factories.
