摘要
研究水性聚氨酯对淀粉浆料的改性作用。以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸为主要单体,并以1,4-丁二醇为扩链剂,合成了水性聚氨酯,探讨了水性聚氨酯用量对淀粉浆液、浆膜及黏附性的影响。试验结果表明:在淀粉中添加水性聚氨酯组分,能够提高淀粉对涤纶纤维的黏附性,改善淀粉浆膜的力学性能,减少浆膜磨耗。随着水性聚氨酯用量的增加,浆液黏度降低,浆膜断裂伸长率增加,但强度有所下降;在一定范围内增大水性聚氨酯的用量,能够改善淀粉浆膜的耐磨性和断裂功,并提高淀粉对涤纶纤维的黏附性。依据试验结果,推荐水性聚氨酯的用量为10%~15%(干基,重量比)。
Modification effect of water-soluble polyurethane on starch size mixture was researched. Toluene diiso- cyanate, polypropylene glycol and dimethylol propionic acid were used as primary monomers, 1,4-butanediol was used as chain extender,water-soluble polyurethane was synthesized. Effect of water-soluble polyurethane usage on starch, size film and its adhesion were discussed. The test result shows adhesion of starch to polyester can be improved, mechanical properties of starch size film can be improved and size film wear can be reduced when adding water-soluble polyurethane in starch. As the increase of water-soluble polyurethane usage, size viscosity was reduced, size film hreaking elongation rate was increased, while the strength was reduced. Wear resistance and break work of starch size film can be improved when increasing water-soluble polyurethane usage in certain range, adhesion of starch to polyester can be increased. Ac- cording to the test result,the better usage of water-soluble polyurethane is 10% to 15%.
