高职体育保健专业“系所合一，零距离上岗”人才培养模式探究

根据高职体育保健专业特点，建立“系所合一，零距离上岗”的人才培养模式。制定符合职业能力培养需求的“进阶式”人才培养方案，深入开展课程开发；整合院内外资源，打造具有“三重身份”的高水平教学团队；充分利用学院“国家高水平体育后备人才培养基地”的综合训练场馆、康复实训中心、体育医院及校外顶岗实训基地的教学资源，建设设施完善的“三级”体育康复实训基地；培养社会欢迎、行业认可的高素质技能型专门体育保健康复人才。
