Analysis of utilization of Scolopendra in recent years

目的：了解医院蜈蚣的用药情况，探讨其临床应用情况。方法：对近年蜈蚣的使用剂量、诊断等进行了回顾性统计和分析。结果：蜈蚣主要用于肿瘤科、骨伤科及皮肤科，剂量以1—2条为主；蜈蚣常与全蝎配伍应用。结论：医院蜈蚣使用基本合理，但须注意使用剂量以防不良反应的发生。

Objective： To understand the application situation of Scolopendra, and to explore its application. Methods：The dosage and diagnosis of Scolopendra in the recent years was analyzed retrospectively. Result：The Scolopendra mainly used in oncology, orthopedic and dermatology. The dosage of Scolopendra is main to 1--2 article. Usually Scolopendra apply compatibility with Scorpio. Conclusions The application of Scolopendra is basically rational in the hospital. But the dosage should be taken attention to prevent adverse reactions＇ occur- rence.
