抑制联合反应在脑瘫儿手功能训练中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨如何通过抑制联合反应解决脑瘫(偏瘫)儿童手功能训练中不能左右手交替取物的问题。方法:对长期练习双手交替取物进步缓慢而无明显肌力及关节运动障碍的患儿,每天给予抑制联合反应的训练项目。每日2次,每次30分钟,观察患儿双手交替取.物的改善情况。结果:通过抑制联合反应改善偏瘫患儿双手交替取物功能,11例脑瘫患儿中,9例患儿双手交替取物有明显改善,1例有轻度改善,1例无明显变化。结论:通过抑制联合反应对改善脑瘫(偏瘫)儿童的双手交替取物功能有着积极意义。
