中医辩证施膳对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

TCM dialectical Shi meal blood glucose control in type 2 diabetes

目的：研究中医辩证施膳对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法：将住院部100例z型糖尿病患者随机分为两组各50例，即研究组和对照组。其基本治疗条件一致。研究组由医师判定病人体质，给予基于食物药性理论的相应辩证施膳后的饮食指导，控制病人全天总热量；对照组给予基本饮食治疗方案的指导，控制病人全天总热量，不考虑食物性质。连续观察3个月的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2小时血糖（PPG）。结果：干预后研究组病人空腹血糖及餐后2小时血糖的测定值均较治疗前下降，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：中医饮食辩证施膳能有效降低2型糖尿病患者血糖水平。

Objective：To study Chinese medicine dialectical dietary have positive effect on blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes melli- tus （T2DM）. Methods： 100 outpatient with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） were divided into two groups,the research team （real hot of 25 cases, cold empty of 25 cases） and the control group （real hot of 25 cases,cold empty of 25 cases） ,their basic therapy condition are consistent. The research team which the physician assess the patients constitution was given the diet guidance based on the Chinese medicinal dialectical dietary of the Medici- nal food theory, which was controlled the total quantity of heat; the Control group was given the basic food treatment of direction, which was con- trolled the total quantity of heat and didn＇t be considered the nature of food. Continuous observation 3 months of fasting blood--glucose （FPG） ,two hours after meal blood sugar （PPG）, glyeated hemoglobin （HbAlc） change. Result： The determination of Glyeated hemoglobin （HbAle） and two hours after meal blood sugar （PPG） in the research group and the control group was falling than before,it has statistically significant compared with before treatment（P^0.05）; it has no statistically significant compared with before treatment in the fasting blood--glucose （FPG） of the research team and the control group （P^0.05）, but the fasting blood--glucose （FPG）of the research group was more decline significantly than he control group. Conclusion：Chinese medicine dialectical dietary and diet therapy all can reduce the patients blood sugar, however, Chinese medicine dialectical dietary is better than diet therapy on the improvement of fasting blood--glucose （FPG）.
