冯氏定点旋转复位法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Feng--shi fixed--point rotation reset method on vertebral Artery Type of cervical Artery Type of cervical Spondylosis

目的：观察冯氏定点旋转复位法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：将92例患者随机分为2组各46例，对照组采用颈椎枕颌牵引法治疗。结果：2组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈O．01）。结论：冯氏定点旋转复位法对纠正颈椎平衡有明显作用，是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病有效的方法。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Feng--shi fixed--point rotation reset method on vertebral artery type of cervical Spon- dylosis. Methods： 92 patients were equally randomized into 2 group of 46 cases. Control group using cervical pillow jaw traction treatment. Result： The difference of total effective rate between two groups was significant （P〈0.0l）. Conclusion：Feng--shi fixed--point rotation reset method is effective for treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis by corrected cervical balance.
