The inheritance, protection and prolong of the historical and cultural of the park is an important issue in it＇s sustainable development. This article reviews the design of rebuilding project of Wuhu State Guesthouse, 5, 6#, puts forward the perspective of new construction project of historical building should focus on remodeling the place memory, explain the design strategy from cogitating the environment, retaining the place memory, reshaping the place situations.
