摘要
该文指出国内城市公共空间建设中城市特色消失、城市活力不足、管理制度不完善等问题,并以新加坡为例,了解新加坡城市公共空间建设过程及其最新的概念规划方案,同时从土地政策、住房建设、历史街区保护、城市捷运系统、花园城市规划五个方面探索新加坡公共空间的影响因素,希望对国内的城市公共空间建设有所帮助。
The author points out the problems of urban public space in China, then explores the influencing factors in Singapore urban public space from fhe land policy, housing construction, historic district protection, urban rapid transit system and garden city planning, in order to offer some reference for domestic construction of urban public space.
